Blow molding machines

Blow moulding machines produce hollow plastic products such as bottles, jerry cans, drums, tanks and technical hollow parts. In extrusion blow moulding, the extruder melts the plastic granulate and forms a tubular parison through the die head. The parison is enclosed in the blow mould, inflated against the mould walls with compressed air and cooled.

Our range includes hydraulic, servo-driven and all-electric extrusion blow moulding machines in single- and double-station versions, from small bottles through 20-litre jerry cans and 200-litre chemical drums to industrial containers above 1,000 litres. Automation such as robots, in-mould labelling, leak testing and conveyors can be added to build a complete production line.
