Tongda HTSII hydraulic double-station extrusion blow moulding machine
The Tongda HTSII series is a family of hydraulically driven double-station extrusion blow moulding machines built for economical, high-volume production of HDPE hollow products from 2 to 12 litres. The two mould stations alternate on the continuously extruded parison, keeping machine utilisation and output high.
HTSII-5L
The featured HTSII-5L model is designed for 3-5 litre products such as household chemical bottles, jerry cans and food containers. Maximum mould size is 440 x 420 mm (W x H) and HDPE output is 110 kg/h. It is well suited to manufacturing plants, food and beverage production, and agricultural and industrial packaging.
Larger members of the series (HTSII-8L, HTSII-12L) handle jerry cans up to 12 litres and can be supplied with multiple die heads, robotic take-out and downstream equipment.
