Tongda TDB accumulator-head extrusion blow moulding machine for drums
The Tongda TDB series is a family of extrusion blow moulding machines with an accumulator head, designed for larger hollow products such as chemical drums, jerry cans and technical parts from 10 litres up to several hundred litres. The accumulator head stores the melt and then ejects the parison rapidly in a single stroke, so heavy parisons can be produced with uniform wall thickness.
TDB-120F
The featured TDB-120F is designed for 80-120 litre products, with a maximum mould size of 900 x 1450 mm (W x H). A three-platen clamping unit provides stable, even mould closing, and the parison controller has its own independent oil supply for faster, more stable response. A mould temperature controller enables precise temperature monitoring, and a servo pump delivers significant energy savings.
