Tongda HSE all-electric extrusion blow moulding machine
Tongda HSE series all-electric extrusion blow moulding machines replace the conventional hydraulic system with a fully electric drive. The result is higher precision, better energy efficiency and cleaner, quieter operation, making the machines particularly well suited to bottles, jerry cans and containers for food, pharmaceutical and household chemical products.
HSEII-5L: digital control and connectivity
The featured double-station HSEII-5L has a 15-inch touch screen for monitoring both the main machine and its auxiliaries. Main and auxiliary equipment are interconnected via Modbus/TCP, a servo parison wall thickness control system is integrated, and an IoT function enables cloud-based remote viewing of production status.
The machine produces containers of up to 5 litres with an HDPE output of 160 kg/h. The series is available in 5, 12 and 30 litre sizes in single- and double-station versions. Tongda also offers HSE-based solutions for high-speed milk bottle production.
