Tongda HSII servo double-station extrusion blow moulding machine
The Tongda HSII is the manufacturer's high-end double-station extrusion blow moulding series, with a hydraulic system driven by an energy-saving servo motor. The servo drive provides precise parison control, uniform wall thickness, fast and accurate movements and shorter cycle times while significantly reducing energy consumption.
HSII-12L: flexible die head configurations
With a single die head the featured HSII-12L produces HDPE jerry cans of up to 12 litres; with a double die head it produces two containers of up to 5 litres simultaneously, for example 4-litre lubricant cans. Triple, four- and six-cavity die heads, multi-layer versions and a transparent level-view stripe are available on request.
With a robot arm or three-axis manipulator, conveyors, leak tester and in-mould labelling (IML), the machine can be expanded into a fully automated production line.
