Tongda HT-1500L extrusion blow moulding machine for large containers
Tongda's large-machine range (HT and large TDB models) is designed for industrial-scale hollow products such as drums and tanks above 1,000 litres and other large parts. These are the manufacturer's most powerful machines, capable of producing the largest packaging items used in the chemical, agricultural and logistics sectors.
HT-1500L
The featured HT-1500L produces products of up to 1,500 litres and is specialised in single or double L-ring tight-head drums and open-top drums. It is a single-layer machine with servo motor drive and a maximum mould size of 1400 x 1900 mm (W x H). The 120 mm screw delivers an HDPE output of 280 kg/h, and the clamping force is 1,200 kN.
The TDB-1000L and TDB-1200L models belong to the same category. Tongda also offers the HT-1500L, TDB-1000L and TDB-1200L as machines for IBC tank inner containers.
