Herzog Systems AG of Flawil, Switzerland, has specialised for decades in machine nozzles for injection moulding machines. Its core business is the development and manufacture of pneumatically, hydraulically and spring-operated shut-off nozzles, as well as process valves, injection valves, non-return valves and the matching heater bands and temperature sensors - all "Made in Switzerland".

Herzog bolt and needle shut-off nozzles serve the processing of thermoplastics, elastomers and LSR: they prevent drooling and stringing, allow metering with the injection unit retracted, shorten cycle times and can be extended with filter, mixer and gas modules.
