Labotek Centralised Conveying Systems

Labotek's conveying systems are recognised for their high level of durability and performance. Frequency-controlled vacuum stations and dust separation technologies reduce energy requirements dramatically. Labotek systems are quiet (< 69 dBA), maintenance-free and modular, with blowers connected in series that maintain a deep vacuum at low air speeds for gentle material handling.

Vacuum stations

Labotek vacuum stations are available as single, double or dry claw pump executions in order to maintain a deep vacuum at the lowest possible air speed. The blowers are maintenance-free and available from 0.4 kW, with endless combination options.

Frequency inverters and Labo-Sync technology

Conveying air speed can be controlled via frequency inverters, so each station may have its own air speed setting depending on the material being conveyed. This delivers large energy savings, conveys raw materials gently and extends the life of pipes and hoses. Labo-Sync technology allows several synchronous conveying cycles at the same time, achieving higher output and reliability at a constant vacuum level.

System components

  • Central filters: four standard filtration systems - self-purifying filter, dust cyclone, blow-back valve or compressed-air filter cleaning.
  • Vacuum receivers (SVR): AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 to 200 litres, with spring-return vacuum valves; internal or external dosing valves for regrind.
  • Coupling stations: used when several raw materials are transferred to the same production machine. The new automatic LaboLink coupling station takes full control of distributing all materials to the machines.
  • Piping systems: various materials in standard pipe dimensions, with glass elbows for glass-reinforced materials. Line cleaning valves, slide valves and closed-loop systems empty the pipes so the material does not absorb moisture during conveying.

Labo-Scan and Labo-Net controls provide central monitoring of the system. Comprehensive 3-year warranty, excluding wear parts.
