Haitian HTDL 3-in-1 Compact Dryers
The Haitian HTDL series combines dehumidifying, drying and conveying in one compact system. It is designed for reliable preparation of hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PET, PA and PC, with dew points down to -40 °C.
Versions
- HTDL-30F - HTDL-1000F (rotary): long-life honeycomb rotor with heated regeneration and -40 °C dew point.
- HTDL-30N - HTDL-800N (non-heat regeneration): -40 °C dew point with simplified maintenance and lower energy use.
- HTDL-25EF/EN - HTDL-600EF/EN: microcomputer PID temperature control, stainless steel barrel and closed-loop conveying.
- HTDL-50YN-A - HTDL-300YN-A (energy-saving): -30 °C dew point, reversible fan with shared air path and reduced energy consumption.
Efficient closed-loop design
The closed-loop system prevents dried material from picking up moisture again, while hot air recovery and the insulated barrel noticeably cut energy consumption. An RS485 interface allows the dryers to be connected to centralised monitoring.
