Haitian HTHD Hopper Dryers
Haitian HTHD hopper dryers are cost-efficient solutions for machine-side drying of plastic raw materials, mounted directly on the moulding machine. Uniform hot air distribution ensures reliable drying of moisture-affected virgin material and regrind.
Versions
- HTHD-E / HL standard hopper dryers (12-1000 kg): direct-mount design, digital PID temperature control, stainless steel barrel and internal parts. The HL version adds an LCD display, timer and networking.
- HTHD-EU European-style (15-1000 kg): double-walled insulated barrel, downward airflow for uniform drying, weekly timer for energy-saving operation, cleaning door on larger models; magnetic base or floor stand.
- HTHD-ESE / ESH / ESP energy-saving (25-400): downward airflow design that reduces heat loss and drying temperatures up to 170 °C; the ESP version adds variable-frequency fan control for even lower energy use.
Easy operation
The easy-to-clean barrel allows fast material changes and overtemperature protection ensures safe operation. Optional accessories include an exhaust air filter, hot air collector, fan inlet filter and magnetic base.
