Labotek GraviMaster Gravimetric Blenders
Labotek GraviMaster gravimetric blenders are an ideal solution for complex and demanding dosing and mixing tasks in injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. GraviMaster 50, 100, 200, 300, 600, 1000, 1500 and 3000 batch blenders accommodate multiple components with throughput rates from 50 to 3000 kg/h, depending on the model.
GraviMasters use a specially designed slide valve with patented reverse-flight auger mixing technology. This combination provides accuracy, blend ratios and mixing homogeneity that most competitive systems cannot achieve.
All components are blended by weight based on the ratios entered on the touch screen. Each component is metered separately into a single weigh hopper, which precisely measures and controls its percentage in the final blend.
