Labotek DDM Desiccant Dryer Mobile

Labotek's DDM mobile desiccant dryers are designed for the continuous drying of free-flowing plastic raw materials in granulate form. The energy-optimised DDM is available as a complete desiccant drying and integrated dry-air conveying system to the processing machine, based on a proven, reliable and energy-saving design.

The standard temperature range is 60 to 140 °C with a preset deviation of ±2 °C, and a HT (High Temperature) model covers 60 to 180 °C. Thanks to extremely accurate temperature control and a dew point better than -35 °C, a final moisture content of less than 0.02% can be achieved (HT model 0.002%).

DDM series offers

Touch screen control and LESS energy saving

The DDM is operated via a microprocessor-based 6" colour touch screen. The menu-driven interface uses basic symbols and offers shortcuts to the key functions: drying temperature, drying time, start/stop timer and conveying settings. LESS (Labotek Energy Saving System) automatically lowers the drying temperature based on return air temperature once the material has been dried, saving energy and protecting against over-drying.
