Haitian HTAL Vacuum Auto-Loaders
Haitian HTAL series automatic loaders deliver reliable and efficient material transfer in plastics processing. Designed for simple installation and convenient operation, they automate material feeding and reduce manual handling on the shop floor.
Stainless steel hoppers, high-efficiency vacuum motors and integrated protection functions support stable operation, easy maintenance and dependable material supply. The main unit and hopper are separate, and the independent filter is easy to remove and clean.
Versions
- HTAL-300GN HUL: compact single-phase unit with carbon brush motor and 400 kg/h conveying capacity.
- HUL version: main power switch, LCD display, networking function.
- UL version: main power switch, filter pulse cleaning, LCD display, networking function; 450-1400 kg/h.
- Dual (-D) version: additional photo-sensor (PH) hopper of the same volume for conveying two materials.
