Haitian HTCM Volumetric Masterbatch Dosers
The Haitian HTCM series screw dosers are designed for precise proportional dosing of masterbatch, additives, regrind and virgin material. Stepper-motor control and modular construction deliver stable output, repeatable settings and easy integration in injection moulding and extrusion.
The modular design makes cleaning and changeover easy, and a material clearing function speeds up colour changes. In extrusion the dosing speed automatically follows the extruder, recipes can be stored and RS485 communication is standard.
