Kaihua injection moulds for home appliances
Kaihua's home appliance division produces 200-400 moulds a year, mainly for plastic parts of refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines and garden power tools. These are typically large parts with complex geometry and demanding dimensional and surface requirements.
Advanced moulding technologies
Kaihua builds advanced moulding technologies into its moulds, including MuCell microcellular foam injection moulding, which it has used since 2011. MuCell produces lighter parts with less warpage and shorter cycle times, saving material and energy for appliance manufacturers.
