Tayu TYU ultra-low table rotary vertical injection moulding machine

The Tayu TYU series is the manufacturer's patented family of ultra-low table vertical injection moulding machines, developed to solve the typical drawbacks of large vertical machines: a high operating table, awkward insert handling and mould changes, and the resulting low efficiency. Both the table height and the overall machine height are significantly reduced, improving operator ergonomics and saving valuable floor space.

Two-station rotary table for large moulds

The featured TYU-3500.2R.SF.J uses a vertical four-column direct-pressure clamping unit and a two-station rotary table that accommodates exceptionally large moulds. The table rotates 180 degrees alternately: while one station is moulding, the operator or robot can safely load inserts and unload finished parts at the other.

Both the rotary table and the main pump are driven by high-performance servo motors, giving fast, smooth indexing and an accurate, energy-efficient cycle. The series covers clamping forces from 100 to 1,000 tonnes and shot weights from 100 to 2,000 grams, with larger two-platen TYM versions reaching up to 1,200 tonnes.
