Tayu TYM two-colour rotary-table vertical injection moulding machine

Tayu two-colour and multi-colour vertical injection moulding machines process two components of different colours or materials in a single production process. According to the manufacturer, one-shot two-component moulding saves around two thirds of the production time compared with the conventional route and eliminates quality problems caused by cooling shrinkage, delivering better quality at lower cost.

Three-station rotary table

The featured TYM-2500.3R.2C.J uses a three-station two-colour rotary table and a direct-pressure clamping unit. The three stations allow both injections to run synchronously, increasing productivity by at least 60 percent. The operator loads inserts and removes finished parts from a fixed operating side.

The rotary table is driven by a single motor, and a mechanical positioning device ensures accurate indexing and fast, precise mould closing. Multiple air and water circuits on the table meet the needs of different moulds. Typical applications include household products, electronic parts such as phone housings and keys, automotive interior parts and stationery.
