Tayu TYC C-frame tie-bar-less vertical injection moulding machine

The Tayu TYC series is a family of vertical-clamp, vertical-injection C-frame machines with no tie bars and open access on three sides. The one-piece C-shaped steel frame withstands high bending moments with minimal deformation, while the long opening stroke and wide mould size range make mould set-up straightforward.

Unobstructed access to the mould

Without tie bars the mould area can be reached freely from three sides, making it easy to load special, large or long inserts such as cables and connectors and to remove finished parts, and ideal for automated production cells. The double-cylinder direct-pressure clamping unit delivers even, stable mould closing.

The featured TYC-1600.2R.SF.J is equipped with a two-station rotary table that indexes 180 degrees alternately, so insert loading runs in parallel with moulding. The high-pressure vertical injection unit works without a check valve on a full-in, full-out principle, ensuring accurate metering and meeting special moulding requirements. The series covers clamping forces from 70 to 160 tonnes.
