Tayu TY standard vertical injection moulding machine (sliding table)

The Tayu TY series is the manufacturer's core family of vertical-clamp, vertical-injection machines for small and medium-sized insert moulding. The direct-pressure clamping unit distributes force evenly, while fast closing combined with low-pressure, slow final closing protects the mould. A fixed lower mould half and a moving upper half keep inserts precisely positioned in the cavity.

Double sliding table for continuous production

The featured TY-850DS.J combines a four-column clamping unit with a double sliding table: the two lower mould halves slide alternately left and right, so one side is moulding while the operator loads inserts on the other. This significantly increases productivity.

The machine offers two- or three-zone temperature control, with steplessly adjustable injection speed and back pressure. Several hydraulic circuit options are available, including semi-closed-loop, closed-loop, servo control and high-speed injection. The series covers 40 to 160 tonnes of clamping force and is available with single or double sliding tables or a rotary table.
