Tayu TK vertical-clamp, horizontal-injection moulding machine

The Tayu TK series combines vertical clamping with horizontal injection, a long opening stroke and a large shot capacity, making it suitable for large or tall products. The extra-wide tie-bar spacing makes loading and unloading moulds easy and accommodates a wide range of mould sizes.

Flexibly adjustable horizontal injection unit

The horizontal injection unit is raised and lowered by a hydraulic motor and lead screw, so the injection point can be aligned quickly and accurately with the parting line. This removes many constraints on mould design and broadens the range of applications. Work table and overall machine height can be kept to a minimum.

The featured TK-6500DS.J offers 650 tonnes of clamping force and a double sliding table: one mould half produces while the other can be changed or preheated, raising productivity and flexibility and speeding up mould changes. The series spans 45 to 650 tonnes and is available with single or double sliding tables, a rotary table or twin clamping units sharing one injection unit, and can be fitted with a special injection system for BMC parts.
