Tayu ETF all-electric rotary-table vertical injection moulding machine
The Tayu ETF series is the manufacturer's high-end all-electric vertical injection moulding machine range. Its vertical electric crank-arm clamping unit delivers excellent energy efficiency, combining high precision, short cycle times and low energy consumption. Under identical operating conditions it uses 40-70 percent less energy than conventional hydraulic injection moulding machines.
Precision and cleanliness
Electric injection provides outstanding repeatability and high-precision positioning, directly improving the dimensional accuracy of moulded parts. Injection speeds of up to 800 mm/s make the machine well suited to thin-walled products. High performance and low noise make it ideal for medical, home appliance and other precision applications.
The featured ETF-1200.2R.SF.J combines a high-rigidity crank-arm clamp with a two-station rotary table. The servo-driven table indexes 180 degrees alternately, quickly, stably and accurately, reducing wear on mechanical components. The series covers clamping forces from 60 to 120 tonnes.
